How is PU stone made?

PU Stone (Polyurethane Stone) is a man-made decorative wall panel designed to look like natural stone but be lightweight, waterproof, and easy to install.

• Mold Creation

A silicone or rubber Mold is made using real stone (like slate or brick)

This captures the exact natural texture and details

• Polyurethane Mixing

Liquid polyurethane (PU) chemicals are prepared

• Mixed with:
• Pigments (for colour)
• Additives (for strength & fire resistance)
• Injection / Pouring

The liquid PU is poured or injected into the Mold.

It starts expanding like foam and fills all details.

• Foaming & Curing

PU expands and hardens

Creates a lightweight but strong panel structure

• Demoulding

Once cured, the panel is removed from the Mold

You get a stone-like textured panel
